Service Description

Our online community is a whole vibe. Our virtual platform offers 3-4 live classes weekly and if you are unable to attend live, each class is recorded and posted for you to view at your convenience. You will research weekly encouragement, affirmations, community and 4 of the best barre and yoga instructors around. Out of town or not living in the Washington, DC metro area should not deter you from getting the best barre fitness workout out there! Your Barre coach will work with your schedule to ensure you maintain your fitness goals while out of town. Please email for all questions and to receive the sign up link.
